I have 4x4 octavia and I would like to have some fun in snow but you cant turn ESC off completely. I have options ESC-sport but its still gonna activate ESC in some stage . You can even take fuses off any more because after that engine will be on safe mode or 4x4 doesn’t work.   I thought that maybe one way to fool system is to make brake down in ABS. If one ABS sensor is failing then maybe all system is down. This is the idea, I don’t know if this helps.
