It's getting towards that time of year when batteries start to fail again.   Mine has been playing up for a while, beeping on start and displaying an ESP error typical of a battery issue once or twice a week.   So I decided to bite the bullet and swap it before it failed on me. This is where I found the car was fitted with an 027 type battery rather than the 096 that most sales sites suggested it should have.   My car is a fl 2010 vRS CR170 TDI estate for info.
