I activated that option using OBD11 app. In infotainment appears that option but I cannot get it working.   On net I found several threads, for different Skoda models beside Karoq, on how to get it working if activated via VCDS (have to turn mirror config switch to passenger side etc). Yet I could not get it working with my Karoq.   So, anyone activated that option (via VCDS or OBD11, not if factory-fitted with memory seats - it works than of course) and got it working?
