We've just received our new Octavia combi Scout (one of the last of the Mk III manufactured). It has the electric panoramic sunroof, and did not come with the sunglasses holder in the roof just between the sunroof controls and the sunroof itself. The salesman at the dealer said he wasn't sure whether models with the electric panoramic sunroof could have the sunglasses holder, though looking at it I don't see why not.
