Dogbone bush worked its way upwards out of mount, mount was vibrating on bottom of the subframe. I've spun the bush round to get a bit more use out of it but its pretty chaffed on one side. It is a powerflex one, fitted it 4-5 months ago and had no issues until now. Its crazy the sound what two bits of metal vibrating can make

Hi, looking for some help/advice please. My 05plate fabia vrs has developed a noise when accellerating hard through lower gears and under load pulling away from a juction on an incline e.t.c Noise sounds abit like a throaty induction note? No noticeable noise when car stationary and reved. No noise/vibration change when clutch dipped in and out in neutral. No loss in power. Only mod in engine bay is lower dogbone mount. Anyone had anything similiar in the past? Slightly confused, thanks for any replys

I have apex springs and shocks, wouldnt say it is bouncy but a bit harsh and flat(compared to my mates koni srt kit). I had budget fk streets before and apex are a better ride. Ap's probably best option

Fitted powerflex from awsome gti The car feels great through the gears and entering bends when engine is doing the braking. I know you get the increased vibration in the cabin with the mount now being solid but does the idle vibration settle a bit after time? Going to have to record HAV times when sitting in traffic......

Top mount bearing?

I got a rear caliper off a gti from the breakers to get my car through a MOT. I think if it has a solid disk (232mm) they are the same. May be wrong, but mine was a straight swap.

Budget coilovers? My car was dangerous in the wet with cheap suspension, diffrent car with apex suspension kit on now
