I bought a high miler and resulted in having to replace the cam shaft as the incorrect oil had been used since the previous owner had it. Clutch also was weak and was replaced.

Both me and the wife watched it and were taken back by the horrific injuries she received. Being honest, whilst watching the program, I did think that must have been a gruesome scene to attend to for an officer but almost immediately dismissed it as this is unfortunately what I believe you guys are geared up for in training. Ive just had the same issue and it was the drop link. Turn your wheel to full lock, and 'twist' the drop link to try and lock it whilst someone rock's your car side-by-side you will notice a little play in it but when you release the twist and simply hold the drop link, it will be knocking it's conkers off good luck

If the octavia interior is the size of a passat or A6 then the fabia will seem very cramped.

Just to try and help you a little further with an explanation of the tyre size: 205/45/16 means 205 = width (mm) 45 = side wall measurement (mm) (I think) 16 = diameter of wheel (inches)
