  1. Yes, I have xenon bulbs, they seem to work ok. But I can't figure out what this warning "No AFS bending light function" on dashboard means as owner manual does not provide anything on it.
  2. Nope. As I mentioned the lights are ok and they are not LED. Anybody knows what this AFS no bending light means? Manual does not cover it.
  3. Hi, I have Superb II hatchback Elegance left hand drive. I got it second hand and I am not able to get rid of light bulb failure light. Vehicle status on Maxi dot says No bending light function (AFS) Owner manual, and sometimes !!! check rear right side light. Rear side as well as all lights are all ok. Any ideas, Thanks in advance.
  4. Thanks for hints, Has anyone tried this. VAG-VW-AUDI-SEAT-SKODA-Airbag-Service-Reset-Tool-OBD2_W. Will it just shut the light and airbags will remain inoperable or could this cure the problem? I need functioning airbags.
  5. Hi, I was on vacation for 10 days and left car outside. After coming back and turning on the engine airbag warning light came on. VAG shows codes : Control Module Part Number 1J0 909 603 AS Component andor Version AIRBAG VW3 - V04 Software Coding 16723 Work Shop Code WSC 31480 2 Faults Found 65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error 00-00 - - 00532 - Supply Voltage B+ 07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent. I suspect heavy rain could have could any type of corrosion of short circuit. I would be grateful for any ideas where to look for and how to solve the problem. Resetting by VAG does not solve problems, because the error pops again and the light is on. Regards,
  6. Thanks for advice, but it is stuck in on position and it means it is fully inside, so there is no corner where to grab it either by hand or using pincers.
  7. Hi, My wife's Fabia has stuck cigarette lighter in the console near handbrake. The plug is stuck into on position and is not releasing. Lighter fuse is ok. Is there any trick, how to get it removed, without resorting to removing the whole console Regards.
  8. I was measuring directly to the connectors. Will try directly to the ground. May be the relay supplying the voltage is faulty.
  9. Hi, I am currently working to solve the limp mode issue in octavia 81kw diesel. While replacing hoses I have checked the voltage on the n75 solenoid connections and the voltage is around 8 volts. The same voltage is on EGR valve. I took the n75 off and checked it, the solenoid starts working from 9 volts. I presume this is not normal as the solenoid is not activated from 8 volts. Any ideas? Thanks
  10. Hi, My 110 HP octavia started to loose power during accelerations, especially when driving on highway. Sometimes it goes ok, but sometimes 60 mph is the limit and car does not respond to the accelerator if You want to go faster. I started to suspect clutch, because this usually happened during full throttle on inclines. If it is clutch i presume the RPM should go up, without the car going faster, but in this case RPM are rising on slowly. Also sometimes car goes ok, so in clutch going dead case the situation would only get worse in time and it is not rapidly getting worse. Maybe it is of some electronics inside which prevent them from rising if the flywheel is not delivering the powe. VAG does not show any errors (Ross tech software). If it . I bought car second hand and presume, that clutch had went 200 thousand km. without the clutch change.
  11. Hi, What is the easiest way to remove glove compartment in Octavia 1999 (facelift) the part which slides down. I want to install some wiring there, so I need it removed. Is it tricky Thanks in advance
  12. Hi, I am having rather silly problem, I've just purchased VAG cable and I am not able to find where the VAG connector is located in Fabia 2005 Combi. Please help. Best regards,
