Hi Guys, Noticed last night that illumination for the needles on the fuel gauge and temp gauge was flickering intermittently. The backlight for both gauges was illuminated fine, it was just the illuminatiion that penetrates the needles themselves that had a problem. Does this sound like a bulb on its way out, or something more sinister? How difficult is it to change the bulb? And will this be covered under warranty?? Cheers!!

Hi all, I have an 07 VRS with IPod prep (aux jack in the jumbo box). What will I need in order to be able to play and control an MP3 player (Ipod or other) through the existing radio controls. Also, will the track info be shown on the radio screen? Thanks!

Bought my VRS from Progress in Letchworth, and I'm pretty sure that the white one is the salesmans car. Progress gave me very good customer service by the way. Cheers

Bought my 1 year old TDi VRS from them 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Bought the car without even seeing it, so was taking a bit of a risk relying on the salesmans word. After placing a deposit on the car i travelled down from Newcastle to collect it, and it was exactly as described ... mint condition. Fair price, and friendly professional service. Good stuff Progress Skoda.

No real plans to modify anything yet, although a couple of things take my fancy... 1) Cruise control..... any thoughts? 2) Remap!!! maybe in a few months

Hi guys, Well so far, I love it! Spec is as follows: VRS TDi Race Blue 18" Alloys Dual Climate and Jumbo Box CD Changer Electric Windows all round IPod Prep 6500 miles on the clock. On the drive home I got 47mpg, but I reckon the engine isn't even bedded in yet. Looking forward to many miles of happy motoring! Cheers!

Yep, from Newcastle. Getting the car from Progress Skoda (Letchworth) though. Been looking for a diesel VRS for a while, but there don't seem to be too many (nearly new) around in the north.

Here is the spec: Race Blue 6000 miles 18" Wheels Dual Climate Jumbo Box Cruise Control IPod prep Tyre pressure monitor Interior will be scotchguarded Agreed a price of just shy of 13k. I reckon this is a decent price. What do you guys think? Looking forward to picking it up in a couple of weeks!
