I had my left hand done just before christmas and the right one beginning of April. Follow the docs advice re creams or bio oil rubbed into the scar, pressing harder after a week or two, after the stitches come out. Keep up with mobility with a "squeeze ball" but don't use 'force' to quick. Relief from "pins and needles" was immediate and i can now sleep well. mine took 7 mins for first and 8 mins for other. No real bother with them at all. was most impressed with the staff at the hospital.

Great Pics. As a little un i was driven past this place twice a year on our way to grandparents house. Was always promised we would call in next time, but it never happened. Lots of detail shown but never seen when on the road.I must make the time soon to go and visit. Thanks for reminding me of it. -
Good photos there. Very atmospheric. Black and white always seems to suit this subject.

It's not as pretty as it was in the late 60's early 70's, in those days there were just two small caravan sites there, not less than 3 miles(or so it seemed) from the beach down a very steep hill. Very few people about in those days. Must admit though it was very very nice there, so deserted and that long, long walk from one end of the beach to the other and back again before going to bed when you are very young, tired you out completely. Gorgeous days well remembered. -
Why would the driver of this vehicle need to walk across the top of his load, he has a a purpose built safety net installed. He just never used it! I work close to a transfer station and every vehicle must have his net over the load before he is allowed to leave, this doesn't stop some of the small, light litter flying off though.

Dragonrider replied to PH68's topic in Driving and Touring routes
From Spean Bridge I managed to get up to Durness and Tongue and all the way back in an easy days driving, but beware the cost of fuel up top, 137.9ppl!!!! for diesel and 131.9 for petrol!!!! Beautiful scenery through Sutherland. The Knocken Crags very spectacular on a gloriously sunny day. -

Nice Vid!! Did the run this way over the bank holiday weekend. Pity it doesn't show how steep the first part of your run is. Certainly warms up the brakes if you push it. Love to know your set-up for the vid. Would like to do a tour of Scotland like that. Some beautiful runs around there, and loads of challenging roads. Pity the tourists drive so slow, i now drive round there like a local, but not like a nutter. -
Having left Portree late one Sunday night for the run to my hotel 90 miles away a pothole split the sidewall. Nearest replacement tyre at Fort William 107 miles away. I always carry a spare.

Think this is more likely correct. My sisters previous dog used to turn circles too in long grass to trample it down as though checking nothing was hidden there. Must agree also about the larger breed my late mothers Cairn was almost overweight at 20lb but while walking him one day came across a much larger Westie, owner said he was a skye one, at about 30lb.Beautiful dog it was too.

Well done sir! It would be a bonus if they crushed his car as well as send him down.
