That's what I was thinking, just a tweek I always thought you could get around 320lb torque on a 'full' map

It's mapped to 177 and 299lb torque on a clutch friendly map but I've got a sach organic in now so could get the eml mapped out and push for a bit more torque

Turns out I hadn't fitted the gasket properly, does seem to chuck out less smoke Only thing is its throwing up a light on the dash, is this normal on an asz engine?

Yes gasket fitted, blanked off the manifold, I'll check the boost pipes tomorrow It's stage 1 mapped and did smoke a bit before, should I expect less smoke with an egr delete?

Fitted the egr delete today and the car doesn't seem quite so quick, on boost I can hear what I think is a boost leak and I'm getting a lot more smoke out the exhaust only on boost, anyone else ever had this problem?

Just about finished fitting my egr delete, just the 90 degree bend to fit back on, I've used the original one Is it right that hairspray can be used to stop the bend blowing off?

Is the 57mm silicone bend the same internal diameter both ends or does it reduce onto the top boost pipe?

Been quoted £50 to wrap the spoiler and £100 for the roof, that's using 3M wrap and the spoiler comes off the car to do a pukka job
