Just picked up new VRS on friday, thought it would be a good opportunity to give it a run out and meet everyone. OK for Roseberry and then on to Helmsley but not able to go for lunch due to other commitments. Will have to make do with picnic instead.

Picking up my new VRS Cr 170 in Anthracite from Derek Slack Middlesbrough tommorow, hope to be available for the North East meet at the weekend.

Just had good news that car is at dealers and ready for collection next thursday after a 9 week wait, instead of the anticipated 16 weeks. The bad news is I am being asked to pay a further £360. The dealer told me it was nothing to do with them it was something to do with the government tax, and the finance deal I had agreed to had expired after 30 days. Does anyone else know anything about this? I hope to get some clarification when I go to sign up tomorrow.

Hello Everyone ! I'm Allan and just joined the forum recently. Expecting delivery of new Octy VRS (Anthracite) in the next couple of weeks, current car Ford Focus. (Now 9 years old) Never had car from new before and would appreciate any Advice / Do's Don'ts when running in my new VRS. I will post some pictures when I get a chance !

Hello everyone, Just got some good news yesterday, ordered new Octavia VRS CR Tdi in Anthracite on Feb 28th got build date of week 14 with delivery in 3/4 weeks. Can't wait!!
