  1. Cars never talk back or argue with you, moral of the story is never get married unless its to your car pmsl
  2. I feel like i have lost a leg, im even bidding on another one ebay but its just not the same :( haha lost and found section
  3. even if you scrap a car you can still get details on the vehicle, it has to be on a private plate, no doubt it now says VRS at the end!
  4. Hi guys, not been on here for a while but i really want to know where my old fabia is. The stupidest thing i could have ever done was sold it :( Hopefully someone out there will know of its where abouts Think it could be on a private plate now as i tried looking for the reg on ask mid and there is no such reg :s It use to end in OZU if that helps Thanks in advance and i would really appreciate it if someone knows
  5. So does that mean someone has it or has seen it, the car was totally standard when I bought it so it holds sentimental value
  6. I sold my old fabia to a friend because i needed the money and now i miss it. He sold it to a guy in the lakes but i wanted to know if there is anyway of tracking this car again as my mate does not know the address or the guys name, any help would be great, Fabia vrs magic black **54 ozu, octavia vrs alloys in graphite grey, fmic, custom badges which are red and black, also it has audi tt front brake set up in red
  7. take off the bottom ball joint, then the track rod end bolt and remove the track rod from the hub, then take the bolt(s) out from the bottom of the strut. The only other thing to do is to take off the driveshaft nut (which you said you have already done) and knock through out the hub, wiggle the hub off the strut and it should come off
  8. i have found the radio code on the back of the manual
  9. Can you not get the radio code from skoda? Im not too sure about the whole radio code thing lol
  10. Yeh its for the mk1 vrs, unfortunately i cant find the radio code, looked all through my paperwork :( postage will be £10 on top
  11. Possibly water getting into the connector on that door? I would start there first because its free to do lol, try locking and unlocking with the door card and membrane off and see if you can see anything
  12. As topic, £30 collected from blackpool no longer needed as i have a double din now
  13. Dont worry everyone i sorted it! One of the lugs on the passenger side window mech had snapped off, nothing a nut and bolt didnt sort out. Happy days
  14. LSD is pretty expensive but soo worth it, i can feel a loan from the bank coming on lol
