    Well, looks like RobM was right:) Today I took it apart, and first I found a bunch of wires that were not supposed to be there, and a RS232 connector. I thought that they took out the device that was connected to RS232 and left the wires. Upon a closer look, I spotted a metal box and RS232 is probably for programming. Photos are attached (I blurred the numbers, just in case). When I googled for numbers on the box, I didn't find anything, but since the box has "vodafone" written on it and two connectors for antennas it has to be some sort of tracking device.
