My L&K standard bluetooth has voice control button on the steering wheel brings up a whole raft of commands you can use for sat nav,phone etc.
To be honest i just use it for phone calls easy commands such as dial name..dial number etc no need to take eyes off the road or hands off the wheel.
Sorry no idea what this £120.00 extra gets you but given what is standard i certainly would not need it hope that helps.
