    Alas dear readers the Skoda dealer was correct in his guess and from the discussion I had with the "technician" I hazard it was purely that. I took a second opinion from a Audi/Volkswagen outlet they carried out further investigation sourced,remapped, replaced, and tested another ECU I am now back on the highway and looking to move on, Thanks to all who made an input into this
