    9mm is the best cure for the judder but will cause CEL under certain conditions. Redrill it to 11-12mm to avoid the CEL and keep almost all of the benefits.

    Check fuse 45 and fuse 10.

    MAP sensors have different ranges of sensing and different voltage regimes in signalling to the ECU. Plus the various plugs and wiring is likely to be different.
     
    It's a PITA but patience is the key.
