I found some 18w bulbs in Biltema in Denmark. Compared the size of the bulb head, to the different versions in the shop. (I was away for the weekend in a different car, so couldn´t check the exact size of the bulb hole on the Citigo).
The 21w version was noticebly larger than the 18w version.
Have just installed the 18w version, and it fits and works fine.
Will have a look tonight how much light they put out. :-)
For the scandinavian readers that have access to Biltema, the part number is 35-15445 and the price is 20 kroner for 2 bulbs.
I think the 21w versions might fit, but i am not sure, and wouldn´t bet on it. ;-)
