It didn't grab me either, it's not a bad colour, and the best I can describe it as is a gimmick colour, one that looks nice in the showroom and ppl will say ooh that's nice, but it then soon becomes that strange green colour, it's almost like the old Jade Green found on the Cortina MK2's only slightly darker, or for another comparison of effect, it's similar in execution to the Gold on the Vectra C when it was launched.

Thanks!

I really like that, I reckon that with Ivory leather and maybe Sunset Glass would look really nice.

But like you say, it'll look quite eye catching in the showroom or as a demo but how many people would actually want to buy it off me over a more neutral colour?

Still want one though...

Yeah, don't get black leather it's all too dark as a package, Ivory could lift it, that car is an elegance and had black leather I will try to do an interior shot in black for you in a minute so you can see, it will sell as it's not garish to look at.

I Like that colour a lot , will look awesome with a light colour leather interior!

I'd say a light grey would be it's best match.

Yeah sounds good.

I think the problem with the leather interiors is that you invariably only have a choice of black, cream or grey. Black is often too dark (obviously), but manageable in terms of maintenance and keeping clean. Cream looks great, but only for the first week, then it becomes a bugger to look after, and Grey is just plain ugly.

Trouble is, can anyone think of any alternatives ?

vr6 golf mulberry leather now that was grim!

In days gone by you could get the leather in Blue,Red,Maroon, and Green shades, but as you say the most of them only offer 3 colours now.

For anyone taking James' advice and ordering the brown, which imo looks very nice, the perfect matching phone is the Sony 770i in bronze, hth.
