Would like to tint my rear lights all red and the fronts a blue colour like the lamin-x colours but they don't seem to have a Skoda option.

Any other brands that do have a Fabia option??

lamin-x is a film, it will cover your standard lights.

you dont need a brand or model option as you cover the unit and trim it to shape.

Do they pass MOT?
