Car Park Antics (Scams)

Event 1

Parked-up in the car park at work this morning next to someone's NEW Fiesta garage courtesy car. No problem. Decamped the pasenger cabinand closed the door. Again, No problem. Edged my way between my car and the Fiesta towards the access road. Passing the car's drivers side mirror, my suit coat lightly brushed the mirror and the whole assembly fell apart - like a clown's car. OK, its a new Fiesta therefore none of the assembly is screwed together ,all glued by the look of it,. Mirror still attached to the fitment on the window, so I pick the matching plastic cover from the ground and place it on the bonnet. No problem, definitely nothing to do with me. One wonder's how the driver got it parked up without it the assembly falling to bits.

Event 2.

Driving back along the narrow service road towards the car park after lunch, a Golf approaches from the opposite direction. No problem, except the whole front air dam is ripped-off and trailing across the road to my side. Have to pull into kerb to avoid the trailling debris - Golf doesn't stop and proceeds at speed along base service road.

Waiting for event No 3. - boss has already had her car re-modelled last week.
