Hi, i'm new to this forum and i'm writing from Malaysia. I took delivery of a new Superb 1.8 tsi a few weeks ago and have a problem with it which i hope some of you may be able to help with.

The car has been running fine and i've clocked in about 2,500 km. Just the other day while driving, a warning symbol came up (none that i can identify from the manual)with the words "low oil pressure" and some words suggesting the car should not be driven above 4,000 rpm. This warning came on for a few seconds and went off. I had the engine oil level checked and found it to be within range. I've also had the car checked by the authorised dealer but they could not find anything wrong with it.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem or know what could be wrong?
