Ok so first of all i purchased a pair of the Dr. Dre headphones and i have to say they are brilliant, great quality sound and good bass response if your into bassy type of music...

I had a Asus laptop that dies so i therfore replaced with a HP pavilion DV7 with a core i7 CPU with Sandy Bridge generation and 'beatsaudio' which once again has great quality sound coming from a laptop, they even go quite loud as well considering the size and the laptop has a built in subwoofer to my amazment but tbh it's hardly noticeable...

So to complete the set i went out and bought a Dr Dre beatbox for my iPhone 4 and laptop. Do have a Arcam Hi-Fi however it will never work with my laptop as every time i connect the both i use to get really bad interferance and find it a hassle to keep on burning CD's when all my music is on my laptop.

So have had the beatbox for 3 months now and been runing from my laptop which i have to say for the size is great! The biggest dissapointment would have to be when i connect my iPhone 4 it does not work. I have to put the iPhone into the dock and hold the phone towards me at an angle for the iPhone to connect which therefore make the music play but as soon as i let go of the iPhone it disconnects from the dock.

Does anyone else have this issue at all? i find it very dissapointing considering that the beatbox was made for iPods and iPhones :/ and for the money it definately is a big let down.

Does it not come with "wedges" for different pods/phones?

Yeah does come with Wedges for all types of iPods, have one already that fits but doesn't work with the iPhone :/ really annoying and been looking on sites about the issue but can't see anything to solve the problem...

There's no iPhone 4-compatible insert so you either go without and risk damaging the connector, or you can buy a white adapter from Apple. I have seen black adapters on eBay in the past, so you may get lucky.

Yeah i have to say it's really good for what it is, did impress me.

Went to a Butlins 18-30 reunion a couple months back with all the boys and i took this along with me, all the mates loved it and was great for a for a little rave up before setting off to the clubs...

lol wouldn't be nice if it dropped on your foot but has a nice big carry handle so can take it anywhere...

Ok so have received the part that holds the iPhone 4 in place which unfortunately hasn't made a difference.

I'm guessing the connection has broke...

Got in contact with the warranty team but unfortunately they are no longer open so will give them a phonecall on Monday and hopefully i can get a replacement.
