Useful Information Fuse No 5

Just had my auto gearbox sorted, All good with the box but outside temp on the dash did not display, cruise control did not work, heated seats did not work and the climate control did not work. Warning on the dash that the sump level sensor was not working.

Fuse no 5 had blown and blew again when replaced. The problem was the wire from the sump sensor had been trapped but the rear engine bracket and had shorted out.

All of the above are linked to this fuse and after the wire was fixed all worked.
