After my recommendation my company bought three Vauxhall Astra 1.7 DTi Vans, first one munched it's engine when the oil pump went at 55000 miles. covered under warranty, second one the starter motor went after about 50000 miles again covered under warranty.

Lastly my old van started cutting out a week or so ago, went to the main dealers and they have diagnosed a faulty Fuel Pump Controller, three and a bit years old with only 58000 miles on so

Friend of mine has a 02 plate company 1.7DTi Astra on which the oil pump needed replacing at 60k, along with some other fairly major component (can't remember what though).
