MkI Fabia Fuse Panel Diagram and Table   Additional fuses can be located under the battery cover (if applicable). The owners handbook recommends that these are changed at a Skoda dealership. I think a reputable independant would also work. I don't know what these are for so if somebody does, feel free to PM me with the fuses purpose, location number and fuse Amperage rating.
