Im buying a FMIC off a fellow briskodian. then attaching the pipework to the welly cooler ill post pictures when its done

It's ultimately upto you how you route it..

Well i got hold of a welly cooler.

 

im after the turbo pipe so the one with the DV pipe and N75 pipe. i dont want to really fab one up myself.

 

Also where have people put the MAP sensor or map sensor pipe? 

Needs sweeping bends for the best flow and minimal joins to reduce the risk of leaks whichever way you do it

Could i attach a silicone pipe to the charge pipe, replacing the pancake pipe with the MAF pipe from forge.

 

Then its just 2 to 3 bits of silicone hose.

 

Using a LCR intake manifold then route it straight down to the cooler again 3 to 4 bends.

 

How does that sound?

They do a replacement pancake pipe but a few have had issues with catching them.

Mark aka bowders1 had one fitted at one point so he'll be the man to ask regards that.

Is that standard pancake really restrictive then? 

Me personally I'd try to get hardpipes rather than silicone if poss.

I'm trying to sort a welly cooler for my tfsi but it's a bit of an unknown at the min with only a few being done lol

Not that restrictive that you'd notice I don't think. There's not a lot of room behind the wheel for anything much bigger.
