Fabia Mk II Top Strut Mount

Hi

Driving my Fabia for a week now since I have got it back from the bodyshop and there is a squeaking noise from the front. Had a friend look at it and he said there is slight play in the front top shocker mount.

Can someone advise where is best to get one of these and the model number if possible. Is it worth changing the shockers / Struts also. May be lower it slightly?
