Audi wheels

Would look sweet on a Superb

I agree although they are very similar to skodas own 17" 'Solid' alloys just slightly narrower spokes.

My fave wheels are the audi 9 spoke design tho, I reckon a set of these in 18" or 19" flavour would look awesome. Ive tried 2 attach a pic, but if it dont work i'm sure you know the ones i mean

I had those alloys on the Audi A6 Avant I part-exchanged for my Superb three weeks ago - they are very nice but by god they "bruised" very easily!

I am hoping the Solid alloys don't do the same on the Superb.All okay so far (2,600 miles)

I'm afraid the 17" solid alloys on the superb do 'bruise' VERY easily as I have found out to my expense!!

Because they have a totally flat surface (including the spokes) and no protruding rim, if you kerb them they get scratched up bad!

The tyres offer no protection either as the side wall sits flush too :(

The thing about alloy wheels is that they cannot be enjoyed as you drive - you cannot see them and they are not a safety aid,speed aid etc - purely a cosmetic thingy - I would prefer to have std wheels as then there is never any worry about kerbing them - which seems to happen the more you try NOT to kerb them!!
