The worst customer services in the history of the world.

Had massive issues proving my NCB even though i sent a photocopy and electrong copy of my NCB, they sent me loads of threatening letters about it even though i had rung them time and time again about it.

Each time its an expensive phone number to call and each time they said they would put a note on the account, eventually they excepted my NCB and tried to charge me a £50 fee to add it to my policy!!

The problem is that nowadays with universal access to PC's and use of Photoshop and similar, many Insurers will now only accept original documents, not photocopies or electronic copies, as these are just too simple to forge or amend.

Very easy to create an 'original' on the computer and print it as well though.

I still fail to understand why this isn't recorded on a database somewhere like the claims store on CUE is. This is the 21st Century now, after all.

That wasn't the issue, they denied all knowledge of ever receiving it and were adamant my emails had never got through, when i spoke to a manager a lot higher up he found my un opened emails with proof of no claims and then tried to charge me to add them to my policy!
