Retrofitting Leather Upholstery

Featured Replies

Morning All,

As per the title.  Now looking to keep the Scout for a fair few years, as such am considering getting leather upholstery fitted.

The final decision will be mine; to go ahead or not, what style, colout etcetera, but posting to get feedback from people on who they chose to get it done, would they recommend them, rough prices, what the quality of the leather was like, what style they chose, what issues they had, if any,

One of the issues I have with the seating on the Scout is the foam padding has collapsed on the seat base, already had the drivers seat replaced under warranty due to this, and it is happening again.  I am overweight, but it is also happening on the passenger side seat and my wife is petite (I have to say that, she may read ths!). Does the retrim include replacing the foam, or is that an extra?

Many thanks,

Fin.

Foam will be repairable by your chosen trimmer/upholsterer

New foam isn't that expensive though tbh, probably about £30-40.
