Carbon wrapped bonnet

Featured Replies

I've got a black octavia vrs and the bonnet is looking a little worse for wear with all the stone chips

Was thinking of getting it wrapped. What's people's thoughts on this? Carbon fibre wrap sprung to mind but can't think how it would look

Any input appreciated

Cheers

I'll keep watch on this, I'm getting tempted. Mainly in doing the roof.

On your black octy you could go for something not too striking. Black carbon would give a nice texture and just be different in a subtle way, could look quite nice. You could try matt black but that could be a bit hit and miss. If you plan on getting it done somewhere go along, have a chat and check out the colour samples. Sure they'd be happy to help.

I'm going to have to feel brave (and flush) to do mine as I may go for a white carbon roof.

It's defo a very tempting idea with the paint looking a little worse for wear and I've always been one to be different :)

White carbon on the yellow octy hmm could be great

Yeah I'm pleased with the grille and interior but I think it needs more to balance it out. I want to get the wheels done white in the Spring as well.

Yeah looking at getting my wheels done once the grit and crap is off the roads. Feeling a nice anthracite colour

White and yellow sounds a nice combo to me :)

Anthracite and black does look nice. Like you say it's wheels time when the roads have cleaned up and I can justify the spend. I've only got a rarb to do mods wise, other than that car is done for me really. I should probably have a sports cat mind, anyway, the to do list is shrinking so it's time for aesthetics and detail.

Sounds good to me

I'm stage 2 now and loving it now moving on to the interior and exterior looks :)

Nice, my stage 1 was a performance map so I'm at the high end of that. Will be on the rollers in Feb should be interesting.
