Fault code 9479189

Featured Replies

I can't find much on this fault code except from people who have retrofitted FL AC panels into pre-FL Octavias. There's also little outside of this forum that I can find.

Basically it posts to a fault in the wiring for the air quality sensor. But where is it on a Yeti and what does it do?

I've not changed anything electrical since I retrofitted a Columbus and MDI; so can;t work out why it has cropped up since then.

Any thoughts?

I thought it was on the air intake into the cabin before the pollen filter. Probably deep inside the dash.

I changed my pollen filter last month. Is it possible that I've damaged a wire or dislodged the sensor?

Never had any issues with my Octavia.

Thanks for the links. Still not 100% sure where it is, but will have a look shortly.

The first link doesn't allow me to look at the forward links to removing the bodywork. Is there a way around this?
