Front passenger door hinges

Hi all

New to the superb I had the joy of swapping a front door.

Relatively straightforward, but it is sitting too high at the back

The door gap at the bottom front is too open and at the trailing edge is too closed.

Has anyone adjusted the hinges? Is it possible?

I can't seem to get to the bolts that hold the hinges to the body with the door in place - it seems silly to have to remove the door to get to the hinges then refit the door to check it....

Any tips?

I'm thinking of just taking a big hammer to the hinge at this point!
