I'm thinking about ordering a UK spec SEL. Driver seat is all electric with memory, but what does the other front passenger get as standard? I know it will be manual, but will it include height, lumbar and recline??

Yip, all of the above! Just everything is manual

If the lumbar support is manual then do not expect it to adjust anywhere near as much as the electric version.

Does the electric lumbar support still work like the Mk2 Superb's? In/out as well as up/down?

 

A manual version will no doubt be a lever on the side of the seat for basic in/out lumbar support.

Yes just like the MKII, the MKIII are IMO more comfortable though.
