Doing my cambelt change at last, one of my ATF lines looks quite badly corroded on the outside (would have been sat just under the rad). Thoughts?

Corrosion on pipework around the engine does happen quite a bit, I clean it a bit and degrease then use pure zinc primer to stop it reocurring. No ATF lines on my car, but airco and PS lines did start corroding in places.

If you think the pipe is sound (which i think it will be) just wire brush off all the surface corrosion and paint it with Hammerite.
