135GLi/135RiC lambda sensor - where?

Featured Replies

Hey,

I have a 135 GLi. Need a new lambda sensor, and I've understood it's far from a standard item. I have the original part number 004165006 and the "Autolite 3235910", but neiter of those points me in any direction. All I know is that it is a 3-wire titania sensor, but I don't know if those are as interchangeable as the "regular" zirconium sensors, where all of them, given the same number of wires, are the exact same.

Can anyone please tell me where to find the correct O2 sensor for my super-rare car? :D

Hi Buddy,

I also really struggled to get an orginal part for my 135 RiC. My understanding is that the original Skoda sensor outputs a 12V signal, whereas most sensors output more like 5V. I ended up creating a little circuit so that I could use a more esily available BOSCH universal sensor (LS04). It worked perfectly and is a very simple circuit using a op-amp and a couple of resistors. I will try and post the circuit diagram if it would be helpful to you?

Cheers
