How do i remove and replace the driver door outside handle?

I've got a problem with my Kessy system on my Skoda Superb 1.6Tdi -13, and im 99% sure its the driver door handle thats malfunction. But how do i remove the old one? Its the complete handle. Do i have to remove the inner doorpanel and the metalplate inside the doorpanel? Or is it another way?
