Need honest advice, what you should do, buy some high end tires(around 120euros for one), or buy some decent tires and new alloys?

Bear in mind I dont know condition of current alloys they are prety old now.

Do they lose much air?  If so, a refurb might be needed.

If not, just stick nice rubber on them.  For summer I like Goodyear Eagle Asymmetric 3, for winter Continental Wintercontact TS830.  Having summer and winter wheels is by far the best upgrade I ever made for the car.

No, but Im affraid I hit hotpole rightabout 6months and one alloy was rebalansed, and Im affraid is it good to drive like that..
