Hi, I've just fitted a MIB2 Columbus in place of my MIB1 Amundsen, I was expecting a 'component protection' error and but instead I have no sound on the unit and the following error   "The sound settings will be available again at the end of the phone call or announcement"   The volume control does nothing. Has anyone seen this error before? I have tried the reset (hold power for 10 seconds but that did not work)
