Some talk on the Areca forum about the latest ones being delivered having a extra level of security, a movement sensor in the fob so that the scroats can't grab a signal and make off with your new motor.   Anyone here got a recently delivered Karoq with the new keys?   Do they look the same, can you tell they have the sensor built in, or are Skoda not deemed worthy yet?
