Good morning hope all had good weekend I have Octavia 1.6 tdi 2012 I have error code P246E00 exhaust gas temperature sensor is that electrical or is the sensor done in is that located under the car cheers  ps dpf is unblocked just got the code for exhaust gas temperature sensor

This refers to the last gas temp sensor before the dpf. Have you had work done in that area recently that could have damaged the sensor wiring?

Should be an easy fix for any independent VW group garage.
