Hey, ive got a 1.9tdi 100hp fabia estate, its currently being a bit mongy and slow to rev up, its not exactly down on power when your past the first 500rpms above idle but its just not very responsive low revs. 

 

Changed its fuel filter about 1k miles ago so id highly doubt that would be the cause, ive also found it smells quite diesely when the windows are down? 

 

Any tips or recommendations are appreciated.
