Space Saver Spare Wheel

Hi,

Anybody know if the wheel fitting on the mkIV is the same as on the mkIII? I'm trading in my mkIII for a mkIV, and I have a space saver spare wheel... hoping to just keep it for the new car if possible!

The stud pattern is the same but I can't say for sure and I'm not a betting man but I'd say the spare wheel fitment is almost guaranteed to be identical.

Got the MkIV now and can confirm the old spare seems to fit fine (both on the wheel and under the boot)!

Hi, My tensioner failed at low revs and speed, the car juddered and stalled. It restarted and I drove home about a mile steadily. It seemed to drive normally if a little noisy. Next day it would start but not run. The check engine light was on. Pretty sure the Timing jumped a tooth. Q. do the valves always hit the pistons? do the valves always bend? Might I get away with an new tensioner and re-time? TIA

I have my Fabia from new 12 months and have always had intermittant issues with the infotainment screen. Usually the touch screen doesn't work, or you press any button and it selects the Radio. Also, it's like it's locked so I can't answer or make calls, look at Google Maps ( I use Android Auto) I have been to the Main Dealer 5 times, have had the touchscreen replaced and it is still having issues. Apparently a part is on order from Germany which should have been here back end of last year and

Hi guys, Just looking for a few opinions here. Bought my wife a 2012 Mk2 Fabia (1.2 Greenline TDI CR CFWA) a couple of weeks ago from a reputable small garage. MIL appeared after about 8-9 days. Comes on for hours then off again. Rinse and repeat. It is throwing 3 codes: P2016 - Intake Manifold Position Sensor (Circuit low) P2015 - Intake Manifold Position Sensor (Range performance) P0672 - Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit I saw that you can use a bracket to limit the actuator movement on the
