Has anyone else had problems with Skoda Connect?   The loading spinner in my new Estate runs forever when trying to become the primary user, loading a profile, or doing a factory reset, so basically none of the connected functionality works.   Reported this to customer services on delivery day, two weeks ago... they are still (!) chasing the technical team for a response.   The local service centre has had it for the last two days. They have just called to say Skoda
