  1. The problem is, the way the car is designed, Skoda Connect is not something you can just "give up" on. It's been woven into the software. So much so that some units (like mine) refuse even to factory reset! Not even the help call button will work without it...
  2. Has anyone else had problems with Skoda Connect? The loading spinner in my new Estate runs forever when trying to become the primary user, loading a profile, or doing a factory reset, so basically none of the connected functionality works. Reported this to customer services on delivery day, two weeks ago... they are still (!) chasing the technical team for a response. The local service centre has had it for the last two days. They have just called to say Skoda are saying it's "an Infrastructure problem" and that I "can have the car back" (translation: we don't know what's going on and we can't fix it). I asked if it was an infrastructure problem, why it was still working for others? Didn't get a clear answer on that. All I know is that a TPI was released yesterday. Feels like I'm being fobbed off - any advice on pushing for a resolution?
