Hi still finding out things on me sportline I was checking on the skoda app and found picture of car with car locked/unlocked.. lights on / off .. the Mrs has left the car open so I pressed lock but it came up with " service lock/unlock not found then went on about Skoda service partner .. how do I set this up please

You have to go to a Dealer for them to confirm you own the vehicle as locking/unlocking a car using a phone App could be used by criminals to steal a car so this is a security measure you have to go through.

And you could lock the thieves in the car as they drive away.
