Can anyone confirm where the Chassis number and Engine Number are located on the Superb?

I think the Chassis Number was at the bottom of the windscreen on my old Superb, but can't be sure. No idea where the Engine Number would be though.

According to the manual, the vehicle data sticker is located on the floor of the luggage compartment and also in the service schedule.

The VIN/Chassis number is on the data stickers as above. It is also stamped onto the partition between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment, and on a sign on the lower left hand edge below the windscreen. The engine number is stamped into the engine block but is more easily accessible via the V5C (Registration Certificate).

Thanks for that. Need to know where they are to make sure they match up with the V5.

You'll be lucky to find the engine number on the block without stripping half the engine down to get to it. But it should be stamped on an rectangular white sticker on the cambelt cover (also has a bar code on it).
