Door aperture rubber seal replacement

Featured Replies

Hi everyone 👋

The driver's side door rubber aperture seal is worn/damaged on the B pillar and I'm looking to replace it. Is this a DIY job and if so how easy /difficult is it to do? I'm concerned about removing trim on A pillar and the headlining as I know the airbags are behind these. Any info would be gratefully received.

Thanks

If you mean the one on the car body, then it simply pulls off, no need to remove trim.

When you refit the new one just take note that there is a rubber lip that needs to be pulled over the top of all the trim/headliner
