Vehicle stalling after long runs

I have a 2001 Fabia 1.4 which has recently developed a fault. After long runs it seems to stall as it comes down to idle. It has also had once the engine management light come on. A garage looked at the car and said the computer advised a Fuel trim error and they reset the computer. But I dont beleive they did anything else the fault whilst intermittent still persists has anyone got any ideas. thanks for any help

Mine's suffered most of the faults common to that car, but not that one yet. Someone who knows about cars might be able to help more if you can post up the codes which the garage will have on the printout from the diagnostic check.
