Hi All

A couple of people on Pistonheads said I have to join you if I'm buying a skoda so here I am!

About to place my order for an Octavia VRS Estate diesel. Which dealers have given you guys the best price?

At the moment the best I've got it down to is 18805.25 (incl metallic, maxidot, rear parking sensors) I'm sure I can get it for a bit less than that? what are your thoughts?

Also does anyone have the VRS with the leather option? I'm aware that this is simply a retrim of the standard seats but I'd really like some info on if they're any good? How does the leather wear? Are they slightly firmer?

Sorry I've asked so many questions!!!!!

Perfect opportunity to give the car a good run in if i've gotta do a few hundred miles getting it home!

Hi folks, I'm finding the steering feel of the Superb somewhat lifeless, vague and far too light. Looking for your help to see what I can do to improve it Having owned 3 other VAG's (2 x Golf R's and 1 x Golf Alltrack) I'm used to the lack of steering feedback however, the Superb is the worst so far. Drove my wife's Alltrack the other day and it was more direct than the Superb. Current handling mods are just Eibach lowering springs at the moment, and good tyr

Very confused and apologies if covered elsewhere but can't find it... looking to get a towbar fitted for caravan towing and an independent towbar company is warning about coding and about the rear emergency braking kicking in and not letting me reverse with the caravan in place. Another has said they can fit a towbar but I'd need to take it to a dealer to get it coded. I've contacted my local skoda dealer and they've quoted £1900 for a towbar to be fitted!! Hi all, long time reader, first time poster. So my car this evening decided that it would sound the alarm...again....but this time no amount of pressing on the key fob, and the other spare fob, starting and stopping the engine etc...would make it shut up. My plan after a few minutes was to drive the car to the nearest trading estate to try and work out what is going on, and yes the alarm was still going off whilst I was driving the car!! Hi for the last year I have been driving an immaculate one owner 2003 Elegance 110bhp Estate with less than 39000 miles and a full service history. Last week my wife borrowed it for a cross country trip for the first time and came back singing its praises. Good day, I use a Skoda Karoq 2023, I have 2 keys with the KESSY system. The main key I use showed symptoms of a dead battery: a problem with opening the car doors and trunk. I replaced the battery in the key exactly according to the car's user manual available on the website, i.e. by performing a "reset" (pressing any button on the remote control between removing the used battery and installing a new one).
